  • We are a dry-hire venue. Our team is licensed and insured to serve alcohol at your event. However, we do not sell alcohol and all alcohol/mixers/cocktail fruit must be purchased and dropped off at the venue before your event. The venue does offer non-alcoholic bar upgrades. From there, our team will chill your beverages, cut the fruit, and get the bar ready for your event.

    Benefits include:

    • You have control over your bar budget.

    • You choose what drinks will be served at your event.

    • Leftovers are sent home with you at the end of your event.

    If you prefer to provide your own service, we require anyone serving alcohol to provide a copy of their up to date TABC Certification, a copy of their drivers license, and event insurance prior to the event. Alcohol can not be served at an event without a bartender - no exceptions.

  • Vendors

    We understand wanting to add your own twist to the venue for your big day. Outside florists, DJ’s, Photobooths, Day of Coordinators, Balloon Artists, etc. are encouraged to make the day your own. Please feel free to reach out if you would like referrals to great, local vendors who are familiar with our venue.

    For tables, chairs, and other rentals, we highly recommend working with Eden Jardin.

    Frisco City Ordinance prohibits use of fireworks and open flames at La Casita Garden. Vendors will have access to the venue on the day of the event at the start of the pre-approved time block.

    Dining

    We offer in-house catering through La Casita Bakeshop. Menus can be found above or by reaching out to our team at events@lacasitabakeshop.com.

    La Casita Bakeshop is a three times James Beard nominated Bakery and Brunch spot in Richardson, TX.

    Our catering services are in high demand so in-house catering is offered based on a first come, first serve basis with limited availability.

    Insurance

    All vendors must be able to provide sufficient licensing and insurance 30 days before the time of the event. We also require a Vendor form signed and returned prior to the event. Vendors who can not supply sufficient insurance will not be allowed entry to the venue.

    Single-Day insurance is available for all vendors to purchase through numerous avenues. Popular options are: Thimble.com, EventHelper.com, Progressive, Allstate, etc.

  • Our venue is a largely outdoor venue with some covered space and a quaint indoor area. In the event of rain, excessive heat, etc., we recommend utilizing a tent rental on the day of your event. Tents are organized through a third party and are not supplied by the venue. All tent vendors must supply appropriate licensing and insurance.

  • The venue is equipped with space and special outlets designated for a DJ or live band.

    Visual

    In addition to pathway lights, bistro lighting, and twinkle lights the venue has a laser projector over the lawn that can be turned on or off at the party host’s discretion.

    Custom event lighting is available upon request.

  • La Casita Garden is an outdoor event venue. In the event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel any event. We will not host events that are set to occur during freeze warnings, extreme heat warnings, or weather that is deemed dangerous (hail, tornadoes, etc.)

    Please note this before booking as refunds will not be offered if these (or similar) situations occur.
